Borgo 229T is located inside the Unità Residenziale Ovest, 900 m from Ivrea’s train station and 1.5 km from the city centre. It offers a reserved covered parking space. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket, a chemist, café/restaurant, a tobacconist and a launderette.
You’re welcome to arrive whenever you wish. On your day of arrival, we’ll send you detailed instructions for independent access to the apartment, using our self-service system.
Guests staying at Borgo 229T will have a reserved, covered parking space, accessible through a gate with a code, which we provide prior to your arrival.
The apartment is available from 3 PM on your day of arrival. If it happens to be ready when you arrive, we can offer early check-in.
The apartment must be vacated by 11 AM. On request and subject to availability, a late afternoon check-out can be arranged for a small additional fee.
You’ll find a dedicated breakfast area at Borgo 229T, offering jams, biscuits, tea and coffee, which you can make using the coffee machine and kettle provided.
