Where is Borgo Olivetti located?

Borgo Olivetti is a 5-minute walk from Ivrea’s train station (300 m) and 800 m from the city centre; free and paid parking is available (can’t be pre-booked). Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, a restaurant, a coffee bar and a chemist.

If I arrive late at night, will someone be there?

You’re welcome to arrive whenever you wish. On your day of arrival, we’ll send you detailed instructions for independent access to the apartment, using our self-service system.

Where can I park my car?

Public parking spaces, free and paid, are available at Borgo Olivetti, but they can’t be pre-booked.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The apartment is available from 3 PM on your day of arrival. If it happens to be ready when you arrive, we can offer early check-in.

The apartment must be vacated by 11 AM. On request and subject to availability, a late afternoon check-out can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Is breakfast provided?

You’ll find a dedicated breakfast area at Borgo Olivetti, offering jams, biscuits, tea and coffee, which you can make using the coffee machine and kettle provided.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, there’s a tourist tax of €1.75 per person, per night.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No, but you may smoke outside.
