You’ll find the guesthouse right in the heart of the historic centre, in Ivrea’s peaceful pedestrian zone. Attractions, restaurants and car parks are all nearby. We also have a convenient luggage pick-up and drop-off area.
You’re welcome to arrive whenever you wish. We’ll send you detailed instructions for independent access to Borgo Yporegia using our self-service check-in system.
You’ll find convenient paid public car parks in Via Baratono, just 100 metres from Borgo Yporegia. Overnight parking is free from 7 PM until 8 AM the next morning.
No, it’s located just outside it. In fact, you can temporarily park in front of the property to unload your luggage and then head back, taking the same route.
Proceeding along the main street, Via Palestro, you will enter the ZTL restricted traffic zone. Ivrea’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and access is monitored by electronic systems.
Your room will be available from 3 PM on your day of arrival. If it happens to be ready earlier, we can offer early check-in.
The room must be vacated by 11 AM on your day of departure. If the room happens to be available, you can request a late afternoon check-out for a small additional fee.
The Borgo Yporegia guesthouse offers a dedicated breakfast area, equipped with a coffee machine (pods included), a kettle, traditional biscuits and croissants. There is also an electric milk frother and a minibar stocked with water, milk and fruit juices.
We don’t have a dedicated luggage room, but you are welcome to leave your bags in our storage area.
